Sidemed was created to close that gap.

The idea was to use something everyone already understands: a passport. One place for your medical history, allergies, medications, vaccines, blood type and emergency contacts, ready to show any doctor in seconds.

On the doctor's side, everything fits on one page, allergies first, in the doctor's own language.

We built Sidemed as an app for iPhone and Android, in English, Portuguese and Spanish, with a website that explains it in seconds.
