Privacy policy

Adscendo is the web design and development studio of Jean Menezes, based in Brazil. For anything about your data, write to jean@adscendo.pro.

Only what you choose to tell us in the project chat: your name, whether you have a website and its address, your email, and, if you give them, a WhatsApp number and notes. Nothing leaves the page until you send the chat or book a call.

If you book a call, we also keep the time you picked. We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

To reply to you about your project, and to hold the call you booked. We don't sell your data, share it for advertising, or add you to a mailing list.

Resend delivers the chat's summary to our inbox. Google Calendar holds the call you book: the event goes on Jean's calendar with you as a guest, and Google emails you the invite with a Google Meet link. Vercel hosts the site and keeps short-lived technical logs. If you message us on WhatsApp, that conversation follows WhatsApp's own terms.

Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, and the map on the home page loads from unpkg and OpenFreeMap, so those services see your IP address, as with any website.

The site connects to one Google account only: Jean's own. It reads when his calendar is busy, so it can offer free times, and it creates the events for calls you book. It never asks for access to your Google account and doesn't read the details of other events. Adscendo's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

The site remembers two small preferences in your browser: light or dark mode, and whether you closed the offer banner. They stay on your device and are never sent to us.

As long as we're talking about your project, and after that only as long as the law requires for work we did together. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or to stop us using it, under Brazil's LGPD and similar laws where you live. Write to jean@adscendo.pro and we'll answer within 15 days.

If this policy changes, we update this page and the date at the top.
